It depends on the item. All merch except hats can be returned within 7 days of delivery if there's a genuine issue. Hats are handled separately — see below. We don't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size, as everything is made to order.

Email info@lawofnightlife.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue. Do not send anything back until we confirm — we can't accept unrequested returns.

We aim to process all requests within 7 working days of receiving your email.

Return shipping is at your expense. We don't offer prepaid return labels or freight-to-collect service.

Refunds go back to the original payment method in the currency used at checkout. Processing times vary by bank.

Only while the order is still in "In Review" status. Email us immediately — once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible.

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. We can't accept anything worn, stained, damaged, or altered.

Standard orders ship within 8 working days, bulk within 16. If yours is late and not caused by anything on your end, you may be eligible for up to 10% of your item cost back. Email us to check

No. Hats are made to order and can't be returned for wrong size, color, or change of mind.

Email info@lawofnightlife.com within 10 days of delivery with a clear photo. We'll arrange a free reprint or refund. You don't need to send it back.

Print placement variations under 0.5" are within normal tolerance and aren't considered defects. Larger than that, send us a photo.
