Jake goldman
Jake is an attorney and co-founder of Nightlife Law. During his academic career, Jake was on the inside of the nightlife world, gaining early exposure to the environments most people only see from the outside. His experience includes time within leading venues such as Wynn Nightlife, Tao Group Hospitality, and E11EVEN Miami, shaping a deep understanding of high-level operations, regulatory compliance, and real-time strategic execution. He has also delivered lectures at institutions such as Cornell University, Harvard Business School, and Harvard Law School, discussing the realities of the live entertainment industry. That level of access placed him within some of the most influential environments in modern nightlife.
Co-Founder
Anthony is an attorney and co-founder of Nightlife Law. From a young age, he was drawn to the intensity of art, music, and culture, shaping his creative instincts early on. His background includes experience across music, influencer-driven businesses, intellectual property, and corporate structuring within industries that drive nightlife, including real estate, entertainment, and hospitality. He has written on co-branding, sponsorships, and the value dynamics between celebrities and brands, as well as emerging issues in entertainment, including AI, digital media, and music copyright.
